Support for Dana Diedrich As She Battles Cancer

Dear friends, family + community,

Please send thoughts + prayers of comfort and peace for Dana Diedrich – wife, daughter, sister, dear friend to many and dog mom to Lola - as she continues to live with and battle stage 4 metastasized cancer. This GoFundMe is being organized to provide the support and resources needed to help Dana and her family through this challenging journey and the exorbitant expenses that come with treating cancer for a prolonged period of time.

Dana’s Story:

Dana was diagnosed with advanced endometrial cancer in May of 2022 after being in pain for quite some time. She has bravely spent the past year battling this very aggressive and invasive disease. After numerous rounds of chemotherapy and experimental drugs, Dana was devastated to learn this past April that the cancer had spread to her brain - which is quite rare. She underwent weeks of radiation to try and shrink the numerous tumors on her brain, only to be dealt yet another devastating blow this past week, learning she has developed a completely different cancer in her bladder.

Dana continues to fight and has made the brave decision to transition into a hospice to give her body a break from treatment and be in the comfort of her own home, snuggling with her dog Lola and surrounded by family and friends sharing memories and laughs. The journey has and will continue to be physically, emotionally and financially draining. Every contribution, no matter how big or small, makes a difference and will help alleviate some of the burden on Dana and Marc, and provide the support needed so Dana can not be stressed about lingering expenses and mounting debt.
