My dad’s life changed in an instant.

After getting off work, he went to the bank to withdraw money to pay his rent. The next thing he remembers is waking up on the ground with severe injuries to his face. He has no memory of what happened, and the circumstances surrounding his injuries are currently being investigated by the police.

With the little strength he had left, he managed to call his son. He was unable to speak clearly, and his son could barely understand what he was saying. Worried, he immediately went looking for him and found him covered in blood, suffering from multiple facial fractures, and unable to move or speak properly.

He was rushed to the hospital, where he has remained since Tuesday receiving medical care. This has been an incredibly difficult and overwhelming time for our family. In addition to facing extensive medical expenses, he also lost the money he had withdrawn to pay his rent. Because of his injuries, he is unable to work, leaving him in a very difficult financial situation.
