Support for a local dancer

My name is Isabella Polanco, and I am a Boston-based dancer. Currently, I am a part of the team Phunk Phenomenon. Phunk Phenomenon raises awareness for Sanfilippo Syndrome. Owners of the company Reia and Rick Connor, son Jared Connor suffer from Sanfilippo and fight every day. Each year Phunk Phenomenon travels to the West Coast to participate and compete in the biggest Hip Hop competition known as “Hip Hop International.” This year the competition will be held in Los Angeles from May 13-15. Just recently (September of 2021) the team and I participated in the 2021 Hip Hop International competition and placed 6th in the USA.

Since the 2022 competition is so close this year and with the spike in gas prices, rental cars, hotel stays, etc. There is little money my family can spend on this trip. If Phunk Phenomenon and I make it past the "USA Championships" this trip, I will need to fly to Arizona in August for the "World Championships" and compete again.

If you are interested in helping my family and me throughout this journey of dance and travel, anything helps. Any additional money sent will be used will go to my teammates who are in the same situation as I am. Please help me get to Los Angles and help me chase my dreams.
