My name is Lorraine Wright, a very good friend and former employer of Diane Coia.

Diane started working for Gulf Shore Cooling in April 2019. She has been an extremely valuable team member of our Customer Care Center for over five years. Diane is the Call Center trainer, she is passionate about motivating and encouraging the other CCRs, and is an extremely talented Customer Care Representative. We are grateful for her dedication and commitment to excellence in the customer care department.

Unfortunately, Diane was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and had surgery to remove the mass. She is now in recovery before beginning her chemotherapy treatments. She has a long road ahead of her and is now facing a financial burden.

We would love to know that her fellow coworkers, company leaders, friends, and family can participate in helping Diane with her need to buy food and necessities, cover other expenses, pay her mortgage, in addition to covering her medical care, future treatments, and doctor's appointments.
