As many of you know, I am litigating a lawsuit on behalf of Americans with Disabilities that is on appeal in the Tenth Circuit. I am representing an indigent, disabled client with Multiple Sclerosis who cannot afford legal representation. I also recently left my work at a private firm to pursue a career with the military, but have been waiting on the government to proceed. So, I cannot appear unless I raise enough money to go from New York to Denver for the hearing on January 21st.

In that regard, in order to fly to Denver for the hearing in the Tenth Circuit, Danny and I are seeking financial assistance to appear. We need about $200 for a flight, and then money for a hotel room and transportation to and from the courthouse.
