Support Cortney's Care for Her Step-Dad

So in January my best friend and hubby got diagnosed with malignant malanoma cancer ..Well it spread so fast to his brain ..I worked before but wasn't the one that held the household finances ..Wow has stuff changed..He Now needs care all day and I'm not able to stay home ..So I have my daughter taking a leave from her full time job to care for her step-dad, but it's gonna take time for the state checks to help her pay for her car insurance etc..And she's the one that drives us to appts ...He's terminal and we just want as much time with him ..He needs us with him and not a facility...From my daughter cortney and I we appreciate anything that can help ..2024 sucks
