Dan Melious recently lost his beloved wife, Denise, after a long and courageous health battle. Denise fought cancer while she was still in college, and although she showed incredible strength and resilience, the long-term effects of radiation led to serious heart and lung complications that she battled for years. Through it all, she was a devoted mother and an inspiring example of strength and grace to her family and friends.

Many of you know Dan as a basketball coach, mentor, and friend. He has spent countless hours pouring into the lives of others—always the first to show up when someone needs help, the first to encourage a struggling kid, and the last to ask for anything in return. Now, he needs us. This fundraiser is to help ease the financial burden during this incredibly difficult time, covering funeral expenses, medical bills, household costs, and ongoing support for his two daughters.
