Support Cindy Gilbert's Breast Cancer Treatment
Spende geschützt
On April 12 Cindy received life changing news that she had stage 4 invasive ductal breast cancer with known metastases to her T11-T12 vertebrae which fractured because of the tumor.
She was living in the Arizona desert near Sedona on a soul searching journey that was cut short due to her pain and inability to perform her daily ongoing without help. With the support of her friend Gabriel she made the excruciating journey to Colorado Springs to move in with her sister Chrissy and her family. Here she is able to seek treatment options and continue this cancer journey.
A PET scan shows tumors on her right pelvis, the aforementioned T11-T12 as well as one on her cervical spine. She is unable to walk unassisted by a rolling walker and some days unable to walk or move at all.
This cancer has no cure and the prognosis is poor.
The focus is on pain control so that she may be as comfortable as possible.
She will be starting epidural pain management as well as kyphoplasty which is basically cement injected into her spine for stabilization and pain relief. If she can get some pain control from this targeted radiation to shrink the tumors to help with pain control is the next step.
Your donations will go towards helping her get the homeopathic remedies to keep her body strong as well as getting any other equipment necessary to keep her comfortable on this journey.
Thank you for reading and keep the prayers coming
