Brent Schleicher, a self-employed contractor and the husband of my friend Kendra, was recently involved in a very serious car accident. The impact was so severe that Brent was ejected from the vehicle, leaving him with significant injuries and a long road to recovery ahead. This unexpected tragedy has turned his and his family’s world upside down in an instant.

As the primary provider for his family, Brent now faces not only the challenge of healing but also the reality of being out of work for an extended period. He will need several surgeries as part of his recovery. His wife, Kendra, works full time, and their two sons, Eli and Isaac, are currently in college. The financial strain on the family is overwhelming. Brent has always been someone who steps up to help others, and now he and his family need our support more than ever.
