Hi, I’m Kendra, and I’m starting this fundraiser for my dad, Bill Meyer. Late Thursday night he suffered a stroke, and we rushed him to the ER Friday morning. He is currently struggling with expressive and receptive dysphasia, making communication and comprehension very difficult. He will not be able to work for the foreseeable future.

My mom, Lori, will be caring for him full-time while managing medical bills and loss of income. We’re asking for help to ease the financial stress so she can focus on my dad’s recovery.

Many of you may know my dad as the voice of Northeastern School District sports and Lincoln Speedway, where he announced events for years. He was the voice of the community around us, and this has devastatingly been taken from him.
