B1aQK (Black 1st: Queens & Kings) was founded out of a deep concern for the ongoing impact of racial inequality, systemic racism, and the social and economic barriers that continue to affect Black communities. For generations, Black Americans have faced challenges in education, employment, housing, business ownership, healthcare, criminal justice, and political representation. B1aQK was created to bring people together, identify problems, develop solutions, and take collective action. The organization is dedicated to creating a platform where Black voices are heard, respected, and transformed into practical ideas that strengthen neighborhoods and future generations.

Through community town halls, discussions, educational events, and collaborative projects, B1aQK aims to encourage Black unity and empowerment, address issues affecting families and neighborhoods, promote economic development and financial literacy, support educational advancement and mentorship, advocate for fairness and equal treatment, and build networks of Queens and Kings dedicated to uplifting one another. While many challenges remain, B1aQK believes lasting progress is achieved through organization, education, strategic planning, and community engagement. By bringing people together in open forums, the organization seeks to gather ideas, encourage leadership, and develop initiatives that help create stronger, safer, and more prosperous Black communities.

Funds raised will help B1aQK establish a strong foundation for community engagement and outreach. Donations will be used to organize town hall meetings, community discussions, educational events, and outreach initiatives. Funds may also cover venue rentals, event materials, marketing campaigns, website and technology expenses, community surveys, educational resources, transportation costs, and administrative expenses. The goal is to create spaces for sharing ideas, discussing challenges, and developing practical solutions related to economic opportunity, education, community development, and civic engagement.
