Hi I’m Ashley, Gabriel’s finance…

We are starting this for any help towards flight expenses, medical expenses due to being urgent we had to fly out to CA for emergency surgery due to the rare cancer Gabriel had back in 2021 called chordoma.

For those of you who don't know

Back in 2021 Gabriel was diagnosed with a rare type of cancer called chordoma

It originated from his spinal cord and wrapped around the esophagus and trachea He went in for emergency surgery after they went in from the back and front of his spine he ended up losing mobility in his neck, hands and legs due to nerve damage. He had to have radiation treatments and had to go to PT and OT for about a year and had to relearn how to brush teeth, walk and eat etc all over again.

About a year later he went in for a CT scan they found both lungs with spots but at the time they were too small to biopsy and we just kept getting CT scans every

6 months

-Well this year they were big enough to biopsy and the results came back as a stage 4 metastatic chordoma.

We are continuing to monitor the lungs for further treatment but they will not do surgery on his lungs it will just be chemo for the quality of life once the cancer gets to a certain size.

Back in July Gabriel was complaining about pain in his back and weakness and numbness in legs.

We did a CT and found out his rod in back has broken.

We then did a MRI and the cancer is back on and pushing the spinal cord.

They insisted Gabriel flys out to city of hope immediately and Gabriel will have surgery.

He is currently admitted to be monitored.

Gabriel is one of the strongest people I know!

His faith with God had been truly amazing! He has not once let fear or doubt take over him!
