My name is Isaiah! I am a graduate student at Carnegie Mellon University pursuing a Master’s in Information Security Policy & Management. My career goal is to protect people and organizations from cyber threats, but I am currently experiencing financial difficulties.

Getting accepted to Carnegie Mellon — ranked #1 in cybersecurity and #1 in information and technology management (U.S. News and World Report)— was a dream come true! I have been balancing my coursework while searching for part-time work, biking everywhere to save money, and relying on the campus food pantry to stretch my grocery budget.

I am proud of my progress, but the costs of tuition, rent, and daily expenses are overwhelming. I need assistance to get through the upcoming semester and stay on track to graduate.
