Hello,

My name is Loe Garavito-Bruhn, and I am a proud mentor of FRC Team 11362 – RoBumpers, a Canadian youth robotics team based in London, Ontario.

We are a rookie team formed in Fall 2025 by seven dedicated secondary school students. In just a few months, these students have designed and built their very first competition robot and competed in two official FIRST Robotics events at McMaster University and the University of Windsor.

Despite being new, the team has already achieved incredible success:

* Finalists at the McMaster competition

* Winners of the All-Star Rookie Award at Windsor

These achievements have earned them a spot at the FRC Niagara Falls Provincial Championship (April 16–19).

Our team has put in over 150 hours outside of school to design, build, and prepare—fully funded by parents, as we currently have no sponsorship.

We are now urgently seeking support to help cover the costs of attending Provincials:

* Registration fee (after grant): $4,700 — due April 14, 2026

* Travel, hotel, and meals: approximately $5,000

Any additional funds will help cover essential robot parts, repairs, and future team sustainability.

If we are unable to raise the full amount in time, all contributions will go toward supporting the team’s continued growth and participation next season.

We would be incredibly grateful for any support you can provide to help these students continue their journey in STEM, teamwork, and innovation.
