Stone/Krysztopik Campaign

My brother-in-law ,Joe Krysztopik, and my sister Michele Stone recently went through a traumatic medical ordeal and are truly in need of your help and support.
On July 27, 2017 Joe, who is only 45 years old, began suffering excruciating chest pains while driving down Lake Shore Drive. Amazingly, he was able to drive himself to the emergency room at St. Joseph’s Hospital where he was ultimately diagnosed with an aortic dissection. After more than a month in the hospital during which Joe was in a medically induced coma and had to endure innumerable medical tests and be seen by all kinds of specialists, he finally was able to come home on August 26th. He remained home for a few weeks, after experiencing chest pains, he was readmitted to ICU for another 8 day stay. Now Joe is at home, on twelve different medications, and unable to work for the foreseeable future.
Joe and Michele are in need of your help. They are trying to make ends meet on Michele’s income, but their daily living expenses and medical costs are way beyond this. While they are applying for government assistance, this does not happen quickly or easily and they are on the verge of suffering drastic financial consequences.
Please consider making a donation to help Joe and Michele and their family cope with this completely unforeseen and financially devastating situation. Joe is going to need long term medical care and daily assistance for quite some time, not to mention the costs incurred during his hospital stay.
Any contributions to assist with offsetting his medical costs and provide support to his family would be greatly appreciated.
