Steve Fox Family Memorial Fund
Don protégé
Yesterday we lost a great man. Steve Fox was a warrior fighter, a father of three beautiful children, a husband of 26 years, a mentor, and a loyal friend to all. Steve was a dedicated correctional officer and police officer. He is a 24-year veteran of the King County Department of Corrections in Washington, a reserve police officer for the Brier Police Department, and police firearms instructor for the State of Washington. Steve, his wife Jill and three children live in Lynnwood, Washington.
Steve never gave up. Regardless of what obstacle he faced, he remained positive and faced challenges with high spirits. Steve was diagnosed with bone cancer June 2015. Throughout his fight with a rare cancer, he never asked the odds but only rose to the challenge to get better for his family. We will all dearly miss this great man but know he is
with our great Lord.
This gofund me is dedicated to aid in funeral expenses and the financial needs of the family. We ask for prayer, a genuine gift from one to another, for Steve’s family, for strength and comfort for Jill and their children. If you feel God’s direction to help in a donation, this also would be a blessing beyond words.
“But we do not want you to be uninformed, brethren, about those who are asleep, so that you will not grieve as do the rest who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who have fallen asleep in Jesus.”
1 Thessalonians 4:13-14
