Stephanie's Kidney Transplant

I'm a single mother with a 16-year old son.  I grew up with diabetes, starting at age 5, and I found out I had kidney issues from my diabetes when i was pregnant with my son.  In 2010, I went on dialysis, and in 2011,  I had a kidney and pancreas transplant from a deceased donor.  I recently found out that my transplanted kidney is rejecting, and I am once again in Stage 5 kidney failure.  I will need dialysis or a transplant soon.  I am very sick and currently unable to work.  I am a high school English teacher, currently on leave, and I am not getting paid.  I have multiple appointments in Rochester, MN at Mayo Hospital in the upcoming months, and I am anticipating a transplant (hopefully from a live donor) this summer.  There are many costs associated with a transplant, including travel, food, and medications, not to mention I will need a caregiver for months after my transplant. Please help my son and I get through the summer with everything that is coming.  Your help is much appreciated.
