Start Over Sister: A Mother’s Journey to Healing

Dear Friends and Kind Strangers,

My name is Andrea Baldwin, I am a Realtor in Georgia trying to get back home to Michigan with my support system and I am reaching out to you during one of the most challenging times in my life. I am a mother of 3 children, beautiful sons who deserve a safe and loving environment, free from the shadows of domestic violence. Recently, I endured an unimaginable betrayal and physical harm at the hands of my husband, which has left me not only with emotional & physical scars but also financial burdens that feel insurmountable.

What Happened:

After 16 years of marriage, I discovered my husband's infidelity, which led to a violent confrontation that resulted in a fractured zygomatic bone, broken in three places.The trauma of this experience has deeply affected my children, 2 of whom witnessed the violence, both have autism.

Just two months prior to this ordeal, I lost my beloved sister, who bravely battled Glioblastoma for 18 months. Her passing has added to the emotional weight I carry, making it even more crucial for me to provide a nurturing environment for my boys.

Currently, I am left with bad credit and no money to pay our mortgage or bills, as my husband is withholding funds. This situation has created a significant emotional and financial strain on me and my family.

I am committed to healing and providing a nurturing environment for them, but I need your help to make that possible.
