Hello, my name is Brittany, and I am starting this GoFundMe for my sister and her family, the Doty family, who recently experienced an unexpected and devastating life event.

Yesterday, their lives changed in the blink of an eye when their home caught on fire. This is something no one ever plans for or expects. While we are incredibly grateful that everyone is safe, the fire has left the Doty family in complete shock and facing significant emotional and financial hardship.

As if that wasn’t already devastating enough, they woke up this morning to the heartbreaking news that the fire had reignited, causing even more damage to their home and belongings. What little remained was further impacted, deepening the loss they are now facing.

In a matter of minutes, they lost so much—personal belongings, cherished memories, and the comfort of their home. As they begin the difficult journey of rebuilding their lives, any support will help ease the burden they are facing during this incredibly challenging time.
