Help Support Baby Kaden Ouellette in His Journey with HIE
Hi, my name is Travis Ouellette, and I am the proud parent of my beautiful baby boy, Baby Kaden. At just 1 week old, our son was diagnosed with a global brain injury due to hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE).
Because of this, Kaden faces a lifelong medical journey. Doctors have already told us that he will likely need:
• A tracheostomy to help him breathe
• A G-tube for feeding
• A wheelchair as he grows
• Intensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy
• Ongoing care from multiple specialists
Right now, he is still in the hospital fighting every day, and we are by his side every step of the way.
Why We Need Help
As parents, all we want to do is give our son the best life possible, but the financial challenges ahead are overwhelming. The funds raised will go toward:
• Medical expenses not covered by insurance
• Therapy costs to help him reach his fullest potential
• Medical equipment (wheelchair, adaptive stroller, therapy gear, trach and G-tube supplies)
Our Goal
We are trying to raise money to help cover both the immediate and long-term expenses that will allow Kaden to have the best quality of life. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly to his care and future.
How You Can Help
• Donate if you are able — every dollar truly makes a difference.
• Share this page with friends, family, and your community.
• Keep Kaden in your prayers and thoughts as he continues this journey.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing with us. We know the road ahead will be challenging, but with love, support, and faith, we believe our son will continue to show us the meaning of strength and resilience.
With love and gratitude.
