Hello from Rock Creek Sports Club - We are reaching out to our loyal community members for support as we rally once again around our beloved Hector Jr. Hector had surgery last year to have his thyroid removed. There were complications which involved an extended stay in the hospital. Generous donations from our staff and membership helped Hector's family during that time last year. In recent weeks, complications arose again for Hector, causing difficulty breathing and frequent visits to the ER. The most recent episode was so severe, Hector was airlifted to Johns Hopkins. He has undergone another surgery and will now spend time in rehab hospital to recover.

Hector Jr and his family have once again been hit with unanticipated medical bills. In addition, travel to Baltimore to support Hector Jr offers additional strain. While the club intends to pay Hector for his time missed at RCSC, the expenses from transport, surgery and recovery are immense.

We are starting this GoFundMe campaign to help Hector Jr pay for these unexpected medical expenses. Any amount you can contribute, whether big or small, will go a long way in supporting him during his time of need. Our goal is to raise enough funds to help alleviate financial stress and allow him to focus on his recovery without worrying about the financial impact.
