Stand with a Survivor: Medical and Legal Aid Needed

Not everyone is aware that I was involved in a significant incident of domestic violence in December, which led my son and me to leave our home. He experienced night terrors, and both my physical and mental well-being were greatly affected, leading me to take a 6-month leave from work. On 8/10/24, I was brutally assaulted by the same person for about 12 hours. Now, I am facing medical expenses and have had to apply for Long Term Disability. I do not meet the requirements for any financial aid and require help for medical treatment, legal costs, and therapy. Any kind assistance would be immensely appreciated by me. I am the sole caregiver for my son and currently have no source of income.

I refuse to allow this individual to cause me further harm. It is now my time to recover and gather the courage to stand up against this situation.
