My name is Daniel Gross, currently on January 18, 2016 my son's (Brian Gross) home was destroyed by a house fire.
At about 7pm he was woke up because of a phone call from a friend. When this happen he noticed that there was smoke and burn marks appearing on his dining room ceiling. Which turned out to be a electrical fire caused by small animals chewing on electrical lines in the attic. Thankfully he was able to leave with his dog and get out of the house before the flames from the attic reached the ground floor. The STLFD was able to salvage some things but unfortunately most of his property was damage by the smoke and water from the fire.
I would like to ask anyone out there that might be able to help him. My son works a pay check, to pay check blue collar life. He works hard and this is so tragic that this happen to him in the middle of winter with snow on the ground leaving his home unlivable and he and his dog Chole homeless. He is currently trying to figure out how to pay for all the damages and find a new home. The money that we can raise for him will help him replace some of what he lost and cover some of the costs in moving to a new apartment.
I ask if you know Brian or just want to help please donate even if it is just a dollar as soon as possible so he can rebuild his life.
No man likes to see his son struggle in this way. He has had a hard life but continues to move forward no matter what. I ask you out there to help him, because as prideful and as much as he wants to do this on his own he needs help. I ask you to help him any way you can.
