Special needs wheelchair van stolen

We originally bought a  new van in order to have it modified for our special need Princess to be able to come and go where ever we went and in order to transport her to and from her many Drs. visits. It took almost a year to have the process approved.  Without her van we have lost her lifeline to the outside world. It’s just heartbreaking that anyone could even think of stealing a wheelchair van for what purpose .... it’s just evil  

We have just been threw another tragedy with my husband being shot twice, 3 weeks ago in Tijuana in a random shooting. He is the sole provider of our special need family and will be off work for several month’s and now yet another tragedy.
