Spay & Neuter Overpopulated Cats

Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out because I am working to help the many strays and overpopulated cats in my community. Each week, I take 3 to 6 cats to be spayed or neutered for $25 per cat, which adds up to $75 or $150 a week plus gas. I will need to make multiple trips to SNIP in Mississippi to get about 50 cats fixed, as they have to be dropped off one day and picked up the next. Unfortunately, I am on SSI and doing this all on a very tight budget.

The situation is urgent—mama cats are giving birth to sick and malnourished kittens, some born blind, have conjunctivitis, or with respiratory issues and neglected. I can not watch an innocent animal suffer. I go through 22 to 30 pounds of cat food each week to make sure none of these animals go hungry.
