The American Foot Care Nurses Association (AFCNA.org) is proud to offer this opportunity to contribute to our South African affiliate's Foot Care Training Program. (FootCareFamily.com). Our AFCNA member Arinda Bothe has created an amazing training program that is changing the lives of South Health providers and needy citizens. This is an amazing training program that has demonstrated its benefits. Please consider contributing to the student scholarship fund!!!

Their Mission Statement

The objective of our training is the assistance of the communities of South Africa. Retirement homes and the elderly elsewhere are of particular concern to us. Care workers here do not have the necessary training to assist these residents safely but are nevertheless expected to. The mistakes, unsafe services and techniques are to be expected as they do not undergo the relevant courses for such services. All too often the elderly have their nails painfully clipped into the nail bed. Care Workers are encouraged to take courses with us, for they are the corner-stones of elderly care; they simply cannot be expected to do something beyond their training. With the necessary training completed, our students will be able to complete their duties better and approach feet with well-informed insights and methods.

Examples of the help that your donation will allow.

A kind donation of $100 would pay for one student's personal instruments and disinfectants. Her private business can begin right after training.
A kind donation of $20 would pay for a lovely travel equipment trolley. This will help her travel to the underserved facilities and homes
A donation of $10 would pay for an underprivileged student's travel cost for the training.
