Skillpoint Alliance is a non-profit workforce development organization dedicated to transforming lives and strengthening our community. We provide free, hands-on training in high-demand fields like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and manufacturing to individuals who are eager to build a better future.
Our programs not only empower individuals to find meaningful, family-sustaining careers, but they also directly address the critical workforce needs of our region. We work hand-in-hand with local business leaders to ensure our course curriculum is on par with industry standards, and that our graduates are equipped with the skills they need to succeed on the job.
