Sarissa to World Team Trials

Hey Guys!

We have some big news to share! Sarissa has decided to try out for a spot on the Women’s National WRESTLING Team! This team would allow her to travel all over the world wrestling for the USA! In order to earn a spot on Team USA, she’ll have to place at US Women's National Championship tournament located in Washington State in April. This tournament is the qualifier for the U.S World Team. The tournament lasts 1 week and will require a lot of travel expenses. We will also need to fly her coach out, which is extremely important. He encourages her during her warm-up and coaches her during the matches. He has been crucial and a blessing on this journey! She has been practicing 4 hours a day including weekends preparing for this tournament. She’s started lifting weights and focusing on her nutrition. We have been blown away by our girl! Sarissa has already accomplished so much this year. She is a 3 time All-American! (Meaning she has placed in the top 4 in national tournaments) We see her talent, determination, and dedication to this sport and we want to support her the best we can, but will need a little more support than we can give financially.
