Boys Robotics Team World Competition

Hello Silverton and surrounding Communities!

We have a local group of elementary boys that have been working hard this year with their robotics program. They have learned how to build, drive and program their robot to compete with other teams throughout the state. They qualified to compete at the World Competition in Dallas Texas May 10th, 11th &12th. There are over 600 teams from 15 different countries competing. These boys are the only elementary aged team from Oregon competing this year. The cost to get them to this competition is approximately $2500 per kid including entrance fees, flights and hotel expenses. We appreciate any and all support!
