Sick, eviction, Kids & I need help

Major health issues and several long hospital stays put me out of work for 4 months,  leading to our eviction.... My children and I have no where to go,  and my kids deserve better.. I am a hard worker, and cannot believe this is happening to us.. I never thought I would have to ask for this kind of help...God Bless...
