Hi, my name is Shawny, and I’m a small business owner, a mother of four (including newborn twins), and someone who is doing her absolute best to keep everything together—but right now, I’m drowning.
I own a juice bar and a mobile ice cream cart business that serves at community events, birthdays, and weddings. I’ve built these businesses from the ground up with love and passion. They’ve served not just customers, but families, neighbors, and kids from all over.
But behind the scenes, I’m struggling in ways I never imagined.
I’m currently two months behind on my rent at home and at my storefront. I’m behind on payments to employees, and I’ve had my cars repossessed. I have three daily-loan deductions that take from my account every day, leaving me in the negative—no matter how much we work or make. Right now, my account is overdrawn by so much money. Everyday we work hard, and end up with nothing left.
I’m exhausted mentally, physically, and emotionally—but I’m not giving up.
I’m asking for help—not out of comfort, but out of desperation. With $20,000, I can:
• Pay back rent at home and at the store
• Catch up on employee payments
• Clear my daily loan deductions
• Get back my vehicle so I can continue working
• Breathe again and rebuild with a solid foundation
If you’re able to give anything—even just a little—it would mean the world to me and my kids. If you can’t give but feel moved to share this with someone who can, I would be just as grateful.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
