I am fundraising for my dad, Mike so that he can be able to afford a service dog and the proper training. Due to covid-19 there is a lack dogs available in the PTSD specific training program and therefore the prices have gone up drastically. However, due to the added anxieties that the covid-19 situation presents he needs a service dog now more than ever. Since being diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in the summer of 2013, he has been pain stakingly fighting the disorder ever since; and with no exact cure for it, having a service dog is the next best step in his life long recovery.
