Rays of Hope…

Two years ago my father Sergei had a terrible accident. He fell down the stairs in his workshop and suffered a severe brain injury that put him in coma and persistent vegetable state after that. The doctors gave him 2 months to live but against all odds he hasn't given up and is still fighting to this day, showing a great desire to live.
At the moment we communicate with my dad through blinking, he can smile, cry and even laugh, specially when he hears his new granddaughter Olga. Even though the medical community gave up on him, our family still believes in a miracle. After getting rejected from multiple rehabilitation centers we have finally found a place that would work with us, but for the treatment to be most effective a special rehabilitation machine is needed at home.
Our family doesn't have enough resources to cover the cost of the medical equipment and we need your help. We would appreciate immensely your support and help as our family begins this tough journey together to help our dad.
My father was a hardworking man, we would always rely on him for everything. No matter what was happening in our lives, he was always there for us. He loved his family more than anything in this world and was extremely proud of his kids. Now it’s our turn to be there for him.
