Freedom and Fashion mission trip to CAMBODIA!
If you know me well enough you would know that more than anything as a woman I embrace independence. Some say that "there is no independence without freedom". Well, as an independent woman just beginning her life I have already found my mission field. My mission field lies with women who lack independence and desire freedom; freedom from sex trafficking, human trafficking, and prostitution. I have seen and felt God's aching heart for these women who have been led astray whether it was through kidnap, deception, or force into sex trafficking. My mission is to find these lost sheep (or in this case, women) and return them to their rightful throne as a princess in His kingdom.
Therefore, I am planning on flying to Cambodia with two other Freedom and
Fashion team members from September 10-17 to visit Rapha House; a partner of Freedom and Fashion that exists to rescue,
house, love, and heal children who have been rescued out of slavery and
sexual exploitation. Currently Rapha House is a safehome to over 400 young
girls who simply desire and deserve to be treated like human beings instead of
a commodity.
Again,
for those that know me well enough I know that you have been alongside me on my
journey with Freedom and Fashion understanding the depth of its importance to
me. I hope you understand how much this trip to Cambodia means to me enough to
support me and my fellow teammates.
Remember, every dollar counts!
