Send SF Students to Chabot Space Center

Send my SF public school students to the Chabot Space and Science Center in Oakland! We have had to cancel this trip the past two years due to transportation costs. The bus costs an estimated $2,000 round trip. The trip itself is approximately $750. The students will be in their Earth and Space unit. Unfortunately taking public transportation would severely limit the time students would have in the center.

All excess funds will be used for future STEM field trips. We have not been able to plan these before due to historic limited funding.
