Scott Sofonia’s Family Fund

Scott Sofonia passed away unexpectedly on November 10, 2018 leaving behind his four children, Sammie, Brayden, Brody,  Brady and their mother Mandy Holmes Sofonia.

He loved his children with all his heart and was their biggest fan.  Many days were spent at multiple ball fields, play performances, Disneyland and the beach.   He was very active in the community coaching multiple teams and getting Dads more involved with their children through the PTA.

Please join me in supporting my grandchildren.  This fund will assist them with many financial needs both immediate and into the future.
