❤️He's not heavy, he's my brother ❤️
As many of you know, we tragically lost a beautiful soul on September 11th- a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, pastor, friend and so much more to so many people. He touched so many lives for the better in his lifetime. Although he lived under a shadow of darkness, a vicious disease called bipolar disorder, he fought with all the power he could to find peace and still share his love and faithfulness for Lord every day of his life. He no longer suffers as Jesus has rescued him from his imperfect human body and now is rejoicing in heaven.
As many of you know, my brother and I had a very close bond. Two days after his death, I received a box from him with things he wanted me to have, along with a love letter to me and a request to help make sure his children knew him as I knew him and to share his undying love for them.
I know many of you loved and were touched by Scott's heart. So in lieu of flowers I would like to start an educational fund for his kids. Every dollar will be distributed to Matthew, Bethany, David and Andrew from the donations received with their Grandpa Capp and the Uncle Andrew Nault as administrators of the fund. No donation is too small. I just want Scott to smile down from heaven and know how much his family is loved. I also want to bring awareness and light to the people who suffer with mental illness. They should never have to bear this heavy burden and suffer alone.
