Wendy is a fellow stylist in my salon. She’s the most sweet person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Her son Ethan has been in the ICU for a week and he has a blood infection. He is getting antibiotics through IV. They test his blood everyday and hope it comes back negative. But they leave it alone and wait to see if it grows anything over a few days. He needs for the cultures to not grow anything for at least 48 hours. The first ones grew within 12 hours but now they are taking a little longer. He has ups and downs because of his heart condition. Although Wendy is super optimistic that we are going in the right direction she is in some need of financial help. If you can donate anything- ANYTHING helps. She’s with him day and night with the exception of a couple of hours in the evening when his godmother comes so Wendy could go shower and hang with her daughter Ava.
