School Photography Club Fundraiser

We are a school based extra-curricular photography club called Comp-Pix. We attend St. Patrick’s Comprehensive School in Shannon, Co. Clare. Our membership is currently at almost 40 members ranging from 1st year to Leaving Cert. We meet on a weekly basis to learn from each other and take photos. We would like to raise money to buy camera equipment for the club and hopefully raise money to buy a digital screen for our canteen to display our photos and celebrate all the work accomplished in our school by also displaying it on this screen. You can see some of our work here: We like to think that not only are we learning skills and following our passion but we are also bringing joy to people when we share our work. Although not currently in school due to the virus we still take and share photos as well as having virtual meetings
