I was scammed by Chris Harkins but I was actually repaid (£3,247) by him after I threatened to expose him (and I did anyway).

But the other women were never repaid a penny and collectively they lost £214,000.

I’m convinced that the goodness in the world outweighs the bad in him.

These women done the bravest thing and because of them he’s now behind bars - which protects countless other women (and men) from him.

But they won’t ever get back what was theirs and just taken and spent by him. I don’t expect or even want to raise the full amount he took but I would truly love for the women who have never asked for or expected a penny back to be blindsided but this time from the good people in the world.

I started this with the £100 I was paid from a women’s magazine (the only £ I’ve ever made from telling this story).

I also will not be taking a penny from anything that’s raised. I already got my money back.

I just want to give these women a little surprise gesture and remind them what good looks like.

Lastly, I don’t know a single victim by name.I have no relationship and they have no idea I’m doing this.

I hope it’s taken in the right way by them and by anyone this reaches.
