I am 58 yrs old doing construction work fixing other peoples houses.I heard of Detroit and the opportunities of Rehabilitating and owning your own house.I signed up with city of Detroit with Detroit land bank authority on their website project estimate was at least 46000 Dollars.
I have completed the project what is left is the final inspection on Friday January 25th 2019.
I am left with the DUCT Work for Heating and cooling chimney liner installation,porch stairs and rails .
I bought a brand new Furnace,I have run out of funds.
Please help me,I will be really grateful for every penny donated towards this cause.
I stand to loose the house because I was given 6 months to rehabilitate the house and move in.
