Save baby Kaylee, End birth Alerts-investigate DPJ

my name is Josee, as many know my daughter had a birth alert in Dec 2022 the hospital and her new born daughter was taken. They Childrens Aid promised Andre and I would have her and never came to do an investigation or even provide us with a reason ..Childrens aid have not followed protocols .. I have been fighting wrighting complaints, calling officials, lawyer in my region would take me cause it’s conflict or interest, I am in the Saguenay/ chicoutimi Québec .. it’s been hell, I have seen kaylee for 1h at the hospital.. in 2 months she has been place 3 different times (that’s not safe) .. already causing this little bundle of love so much attachment issues .. no one is helping me that have any power .. nor do they seem to care .. recently they (CPS) have arrested me to allegedly saying a death threat to one social worker .. preventing me to now go to court !!! I have posted my journey on my tiktok..

any amount would be appreciated and would help. And now I need to find a criminal lawyer for that too ..

i need to find the best family lawyer in a different region and get this baby home .. if any money is left over I promise to make it my mission to help another families in need that have the same situation.. and believe me I am not the only one I have many grandparents /moms texting me and saying it also happened to them ..

Naomi next court date is February 22

Josee court date is May 9
