SAVE ZEN STREET

Established in 2014, we were the first ramen shop in Riverside and Inland Empire. We stood our pride in putting creativity of art through making of food. March 2020 when the pandemic hits, it affected small businesses greatly including us. We fought through staying opened while complying with the rules. We wanted to stand by our community and provide work for our employees and provide for our families. 

Rent abatement is not an option. We are being asked to pay the full rent with 92% increase in NNN. The landlord is also requesting additional amount to cover their cost of renovation of the plaza from previous years (that we did not ask for). We have been paying what we could using the provided loans, but we are still $92,000 behind.  Even if we had walked out, we will still owe them for remaining terms of the lease. 

If we had another choice, we’d rather have you support us by dining with us at the restaurant, but without the restaurant we will have nowhere to be.
