SERENE. PRISTINE. WILD. The south end of Topsail Island, fondly known as The Point, is one of the last undeveloped tracts of a barrier island in North Carolina. This 150 acre property is home to endangered wildlife and beloved by thousands of residents and visitors who enjoy its scenic beauty and tranquility, long sandy beaches, and endless sunsets.
This coastal treasure could be developed unless we take action now. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to conserve The Point so it remains a wild, natural sanctuary for all future generations.
Community donations are urgently needed to help conserve the south end.
The NC Coastal Land Trust stands ready to permanently conserve the South End and must raise $8 million by March 2025 to complete the purchase. The community goal of $2 million is a significant portion of the total goal. Thanks to the incredible generosity of nearly 300 donors, we've raised over $850,000 in private donations so far!
Join us today in the community challenge to Save the South End forever. Please donate now!
