Help Stonebridge City Farm

I'm raising money in aid of Stonebridge City Farm. The farm is a registered charity and relies completely on donations, it also accommodates around 180 volunteers a week (me being one of them). It's a lovely place to visit and is completely free to enter, which really helps a lot of families. Recently, Stonebridge has been really struggling after a tough winter and funds are very low. Maintaining the health of hundreds of animals and providing stimulating enrichment for them is top priority but unfortunately everything has a price. Everything from hay, bedding, dry food, vegetables, vitamins and toys needs paying for on a regular basis, and this doesn't even include grooming and extortionate vet fees for when an animal gets ill. I've witnessed, first hand, animals in pain but even a simple check up can cost between £50-£100, nevermind the price of medication or even euthanasia for serious cases. This is money that the farm simply doesn't have. As well as all of this, there are electricity bills, water bills, heating and other maintenance costs I bet you didn't even think of. With energy bills set to rise this April, this will have an even more devastating effect. This is why I'm fundraising for the farm - not only for the welfare of the animals, but for the community, and volunteers like me who love to go there and feel part of a big family. Money raised here can go towards vet bills, food costs or other things to keep the farm amazing! Anything you can give, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated by me and the farm and it will certainly be going to a good cause, helping to keep the animals safe and happy whilst also making sure Nottingham can still have access to a warm and welcoming space.
