Save Mitzi: Urgent Medical Care Needed

Hi,

I'm the proud mom of Mitzi, a beautiful retriever mix that I adopted 7 years ago when she was 6 months old. She's the best dog with babies, cats, and even rabbits. She recently started having issues walking, and it turned out she had inflammation on her back along with other medical terms that are still hard to understand. She was on medication and started pooping blood, vomiting, and after a lot of struggle, she was diagnosed with megaesophagus, which doesn't allow her to digest food properly. On top of it, she has pneumonia. She has been through a lot of medical exams, and I am trying my hardest to get my best friend's life back. I never ask for help, but after spending so much on vet costs, I am trying to pay that back and continue to find what is causing all of this and find the best treatment for her. Anything helps. I don't know how to ask for help, but I love my dog and am desperate to save her life.
