Sarah NEEDS new Lungs

From Sarah in her own words:

 Hello friends and family!
Well, it happened! My case went before the Transplant Board. I got a call on Friday from my nurse coordinator Renee. She told me that the board thought I was a good candidate for a transplant.
That call cant come soon enough!


I would also like to say a big THANK YOU! Thank you for all the support that I have received. I would also like to thank all those who have donated time, goods, and money.


We are finding out that this is much bigger than I ever expected. But, I am ready. I am ready to be off the oxygen, and get my life back. I have been on oxygen for 11 years now. It has affected so much in my life. I am hoping to be able to travel again, and be able to check things off my bucket list.


Thank you again for all the love, prayers, good thoughts, and support you have given me during this new adventure!
