Sarah Meets Tropical Storm Imelda

I flooded in 2017 with Hurricane Harvey but my daughter was not affected. This time Tropical Storm Imelda flooded over 1000 homes in Beaumont, TX and my unfortunately my daughter was one of them and I didn't flood. Her car is ruined as well as most of the interior of the house.  Insurance will pay for a lot of it, but not all of it, especially replacing the car. I know how it is when you lose everything and have to start over so I am trying to give her a boost.
