Sara Capozzo's loved ones

Our hearts are heavy with sadness since July 24th when we learned the tragic news that our dearest Sara had passed away so suddenly at 38 years old.

We want to honor and pay tribute to Sara and help support her beloved daughter Emma and loving husband Vincent. All of the money raised will go towards supporting Vincent through this challenging time and ensuring Emma's education.

Her family has enough on their plate right now, so I, Melanie Scrase will be collecting all the funds, managing the emails and then transferring all the money raised to Vince and Emma.

Sara was an integral member of our team at SPORT Specialists for over 13 years, the outpouring of messages we received after her passing really confirmed how many people’s lives she affected. We want to honor her legacy and the great impact she had within the community. She gave so much of her time to everyone around her and made everyone feel better and laugh! From her clients at SPORT Specialists, her skating community, her football community, her therapy colleagues and friends. But most of all her family was her number one priority, being a mom to Emma and being present with all her loved ones was so important to her. Sara made time for everyone, her energy was boundless and her smile and zest for life was limitless.

She gave so much to everyone around and wanted to make sure all were taken care of. Now this is our opportunity to give back to her and help take care of her loved ones. The community has lost a priceless human being but she will never be forgotten. Let’s all try to live life to its fullest just as Sara did!
