Getting Kate back on the road

September update :If you’re looking for a credit union or a loan I would highly suggest staying clear of cPort Credit Union. For months now I have been trying to work with them to get back on track with my car. After needing to get it fixed yet again and falling behind they told me that they wouldn’t speak to me and would need me to talk to their lawyer. So I immediately called the attorney. We spoke and I told him what I could do to get back on track and he said he would call them and get back to me. It’s been almost 2 months of me calling multiple times a week trying to speak to the “attorney” again. Today a sheriff came to the house to issue us a court summons for lack of payment on the car. So I can’t call to speak to Cport about a payment arrangement and I can’t get their attorney to work with me. What the fuck do I do now? Besides cry obviously. I really hope Cport is proud of themselves for this one. For a credit union that is so focused on families and helping their community they certainly like to prey on the weak and struggling. Sharing our Gofund me again since we are now getting slapped with lawyers fees from them now too

Hey guys!

After much persuasion from some friends I have decided to set up a gofund me to help up try to maybe, possibly sliiiightly get back on our feet. Neither of us have a safe working vehicle and we need help. Brandons car was involved in a hit and run and is now leaking too much gas to continue driving and mine is not worth the continued and never ending repairs. We need to try and get safe, reliable vehicles for both of us to get back and forth to our full time jobs and get Matthew Safely where he needs to be. We appreciate any and all help we can get during this super stressful ordeal.
